We are now offering specifically designed, employment coaching with our experienced Recruitment Professionals focussing on:

Resume Development

Bring along your resume to one of our sessions and let us assist you with your wording, layout and general presentation. We will send you away with the suggestions for content improvement and we will help you achieve a polished and professional resume.

Interview Training

This is designed to help you overcome nerves, build your confidence and increase your success rate at job interviews. Our staff are experts in this field and they have a wealth of experience in helping job seekers perform more effectively at interviews to give you the skills and techniques to stand out from other applicants.

Recruitment Documentation

All participants will leave our session with four professionally produced documents: “Resume Writing Guide”, “Addressing Key Selection Criteria”, “From Interview to appointment” and “A Guide to Job Seeking Success”.

Employment Coaching (Individual Sessions)

Should you wish to engage a GBS Recruitment professional on a one to one basis we are happy to tailor our services to meet your requirements covering any of the above employment areas mentioned above.

These sessions are charged at $250 per hour + GST and from experience we would suggest you will need at least two sessions for the time required to develop a first class resume and cover the basic interview techniques, the current job market and the best techniques to secure work asap.

Employment Coaching (Group Sessions)

GBS Recruitment is pleased to announce that we are now able to offer half day Group Employment Coaching sessions. These sessions will be inclusive of a full resume evaluation and contents assistance along with interviewing techniques and feedback.

All sessions will be run as a group session with a maximum of 6 people per group. You must be prepared to share your resume, career history and current situation throughout this small private and tailored group session. Morning or afternoon tea will be provided.
