Bushfire Recovery Victoria has just announced that they will be providing further assistance for those who have lost their homes in this season’s bushfires.
If you lost your home in the bushfires, you can receive $25,000. This payment will be made to owner/occupiers and renters whose main place of residence was either destroyed or severely damaged by the Victorian fires in 2019-2020.
GBS Recruitment has partnered with Bushfire Recovery Victoria to provide staff to assist in Recovery Hubs in East Gippsland. Applications are now closed for this position and the successful candidates will work closely with the community to support them through their bushfire recovery.
Bushfire Recovery Victoria also have a number of other grants available, such as the Small Business Bushfire Support Grants and the Emergency Relief Assistance Payments. For more information on financial support, visit the Bushfire Recovery Website
