This can be provided in one face to face session or a series of 3 face to face sessions with ongoing support via phone and email.

Discuss their challenges and success to date with converting applications to interview.
Provide interview techniques, presentation skills and information on the recruitment cycle
The employee will be referred into any current relevant opportunities available through GBS and ongoing support will be offered in the search for employment.
