GBS take care of the whole recruitment process for you, giving you more time to focus on your business and less time getting bogged down and wasting your time assessing and responding to applications, interviewing and completing background checks…the list goes on!Our service is designed to help your employees who are facing redundancy with their next step in their career, and to successfully move on feeling invested and confident in gaining their next role. This can be provided in one face to face session or a series of 3 face to face sessions with ongoing support via phone and email.

  • One on one consulting session to review their career, identify their skills, strengths and career preferences to identify and target opportunities
  • Review and feedback on their current resume
  • Advice and assistance in the re-design and re-writing of their job documents to reflect the outcomes of the consulting session.

  • Discuss their challenges and success to date with converting applications to interview.
  • Provide interview techniques, presentation skills and information on the recruitment cycle
  • The employee will be referred into any current relevant opportunities available through GBS and ongoing support will be offered in the search for employment.
